Cancellation Policy

Our intention is to offer a consistent, supportive experience for all participants while honoring the time and energy that goes into preparing each class. To ensure fairness and clarity please review the policy regarding class passes. Class passes are valid only for the specific series or time period in which they are purchased. all class passes must be used within 8-12 weeks of purchase depending on which package was purchased. Refer to your package for this description. If you are unable to attend class please let us know ahead of time. All sales are final, and refunds are generally not issued once class pass has been purchased. Exceptions may be considered in the case of medical emergencies, serious illness, injury requiring ongoing treatment, or a death in the family. If a class is canceled by the instructor due to illness or vacation, a replacement class or credit will be offered when the instructor returns to class. Class passes must be used within the designated time frame of 8 weeks for a 4 class Chi-Lates pass or 12 weeks for 6 class Qigong pass and cannot be carried over to future programs unless otherwise stated. Your health, healing, and wellness journey is important to us. If unexpected circumstances arise, please communicate as soon as possible so we can find a compassionate and fair solution when applicable.
