​​​Qigong- Meditation in Motion

Qigong & and Tai Chi Flow

Connect with your breath, body and internal vital life force energy in this dynamic class designed to reduce stress, promote physical & emotional balance, strengthen the lower body, increase circulation, recover from injuries & illness, alleviate chronic pain, and so much more.

This class is done standing and involves standing flows and walking flows. This class is for all fitness levels and adult age groups. Chair Qigong is available for those with mobility restrictions. Find your balance and support your well-being with Qigong and Tai Chi Flow. 

All Classes end with a guided Tibetan sound bowl meditation from the comfort of your yoga mat.

Chi-Lates is a brand new fusion program, a one of it's kind blending the best of Qigong, Tai Chi Flow, and Pilates - where East meets West in Mindful movement. This is a one of a kind class you won't find anywhere else in the area where we bring ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine together with modern core-strengthening techniques.

Each class is designed to support your whole self, body, mind, and energy. 

This class is open to all levels.

Classes are especially supportive for those who want to gently rebuild strength, seek stress and anxiety relief in a safe and supportive setting, and wish to enhance balance, spinal health, flexibility, and energy flow through mindful movement. 

All Classes end with a guided Tibetan sound bowl meditation from the comfort of your yoga mat.

​Drop ins are always welcome for regular scheduled classes. 

 

Private one on one Qigong session $45.00. This is great for those with mobility restrictions, those recovering from illness, or recovering from an injury. If you find yourself unable to leave your home to join a class, this is a great option for you. One on One classes are designed to fit your specific needs.

Classes begin with connecting to the breath, followed by gentle warm-ups and stretches designed to clear tension and promote circulation. We then drop into meditative Standing or seated Qigong flows with a focus on building vital life force energy in the body, balancing emotions, and nourishing our internal organs through intention and movement. We incorporate Tai Chi Walking Flows to build strength, improve balance, improve focus, and guide our internal Qi with beautiful movement. 

Classes end with a seated guided sound bowl meditation. 

​

Seated Qigong is also a fantastic way to promote energy, circulation, and ease tension and stiffness. If you are someone limited in mobility, recovering from an injury or illness, and working towards better balance chair Qigong is a excellent fit. Chair Qigong is available at all classes with the exception of Tai Chi walking. Modifications are provided to suit your needs.
