Qigong & Tai Chi Flow

Qigong, pronounced chee gung,is deeply rooted in Chinese medicine. This practice involves a series of gentle movements and breathing practices designed for whole body health. Qigong practices are designed to help you achieve greater physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

Chi-Lates is a one of a kind fusion blending the grounding flow of Qigong, the core strength of mat Pilates, and the grace of Tai Chi Flow. 

This signature class is designed to build strength and regulate the nervous system. 

You will experience Pilate inspired activation for deep core support and spinal enlivenment, Qigong principles for circulation and energy flow, and Tai Chi patterns that develop balance, coordination, and grounded power.

Chi-Lates strengthens gently without rigidity, tones and stabilizes while teaching the body how to move with fluidity and awareness. The result is a practice that enhances physical fitness, supports joint health, supports connective tissue, improves posture, and deepens mind-body connection.
