Qigong, pronounced chee gung, is deeply rooted in Chinese medicine. This practice involves a series of gentle movements and breathing practices designed for whole body health. Qigong practices are designed to help you achieve greater physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Both Qigong and Tai Chi flow offers a holistic approach to reducing stress and anxiety in the body through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness.

Chi-Lates is a one of a kind fusion blending the grounding flow of Qigong, the core strength of mat Pilates, and the grace of Tai Chi Flow. Chi-Lates strengthens gently without rigidity, tones and stabilizes while teaching the body how to move with fluidity and awareness. The result is a practice that enhances physical fitness, supports joint health, supports connective tissue, improves posture, and deepens mind-body connection. You won't find this class anywhere else, it's a one-of-a-kind fusion that is perfect for anyone on their wellness journey.
